My little man turns all of our activities into an adventure and a mess! I will show you exactly what I'm talking about. The kids often like to wait on the porch for Daddy to come home. I had saved some really long packing paper that came in a box and thought "this will keep them entertained while I make supper and they wait for their daddy " .so I set out paper and markers and showed them what to do. Next thing I see is this :
Well, we made it to #2! J had a great day! It started out with a new tool bench and bath toy. Then he got some balloons with a dancing dog, followed by a good nap! Then we went to Jumping G's, and then we had a big party. He seemed to really like it and only wanted the basketball cupcakes!
I read about this idea in a magazine and thought,"I'll never do that!" But then when I found out my adorable neices and nephew were coming over, I knew I had to do something!
first stop:the clues led us to Johnny's room for tuna sandwiches.
After more clues our second stop : eggrolls in the big tub. (I think the kids were a little grossed out even though I cleaned the tub.) Our final clues led us to the living room for corn on the cob. Then dessert at the kitchen table.very fun night!
We had a blast with the Reeds making graham cracker houses. While we missed Ty it was fun eating and decorating with candy!
