Y'all know we love fair week. Last year we didn't know what we were doing, so we made a few blunders. This year, we did things a little smarter. We had it figured out a little better! We were able to do a little more and see everything! We saw every craft, flower arrangement, edible, animal, display, and activity! M made thumbprint cookies for her entry this year and received an A.
Our first time at a tractor pull:
Saw some goat judging. It got pretty exciting when one of the goats went rogue...
We especially loved the baby animals barn. We went everyday to see the babies.
We also saw the circus:
One day M's bff came to the fair with us. When we got home they made a "science experiment" aka big, fat mess.
Then they did some dress-up. Yes that is a second grader's foot that pretty much fits in my heels!
We also spent a day on the rides:
M did a lot of crazy rides, by herself!
We even watched a dog show:
This was J's favorite ride:
All that fair really wore us out:
Blurry pic of a newborn cow:
We got tickled at the teeth:
Typical J, he's still smiling, but he can't be still and look at the camera long enough..
