Tonselectomy

Little J had his tonsils and adenoids out. I knew it was a routine procedure and all, but watching him walk down the hall with the nurse broke my heart! He did very well though. When we walked into the recovery room, he exclaimed (in a very scratchy voice) "Dad, I got my tonsils out!!" The other kid that just had it done was screaming his brains out. J just itched his face and fell in and out of sleep. He was such a champ! Once we got home, we kept waiting for him to get bad, be in a lot of pain, be cranky, cry, etc, but he was so good! In fact, we looked in his throat to make sure they had actually yanked those suckers out! We were also amazed at how much his sleeping and breathing improved.

Sometime after that Mr. J had a birthday:

J got a buzz cut:

M ate dinner?? What? Don't know....

This kid loves some dirt...

We had an adventure with raccoons in our walls. We caught one of the babies trying to get back in.

The kids made masks and stuff at the library:

Big Announcement!

As the weather warms up, the Wilson things love to get outside and play!
Here is the picture we announced to everyone else  that didn't already know of our long-awaited, prayed-for new blessing:

Mr. J's three girls!

J's preschool class took a field trip to the Andrew's dairy. I was working so Mr. J went a long as a parent helper. They had a great time!

Indy Museum

I think this pic is from my birthday dinner at Moe's:

We took the kiddo's to the Children's Museum in Indy. It was such a fun day!

They did a Transformer entertainment show, and J got picked out of a pretty large crowd to participate. So he got to hold the spark (I think that's what it's called) and help save the Transformers! He was really cute and happy about it!

M and I got to have a mommy/daughter date. I loved having some one-on-one time with this beauty!
I know these pics are somewhat out of order, but around the same time we had Easter.

Winter Days

Winter days bring sickness,

some light archaeology/paleontology,

cake pops,

an epic Nerf gun war,

and more snow!

(I  had to get the tractor in the shot!)

Winter Fun

This is me trying to get to work after lunch:

This is how J plays in the snow:

When it is 20 degrees out, my kids are the ONLY ones who like to go freeze at the park!

The slides are a favorite because they are so much faster when they are frozen!

Johnny buttoned his shirt for the first time all by himself!

His life right now is all about transformers!
