To make snow cream we put "clean" snow in a bowl. Then we added a little sugar, some vanilla syrup (sugar free)(it's not the same thing as vanilla extract) i think you could add any kind of flavoring you wanted, and then milk to make the consistency the way you like it. It was pretty good. It doesn't taste like real ice cream but the kids liked it, and it was fun to do together.
